You can stop receiving marketing messages from Door Marshal Garage Door Service at any time using any of the methods below. We honor opt-out requests promptly.
Text messages (SMS)
Reply STOP to any text message from us to end further marketing texts. Reply HELP for assistance. Standard message and data rates may apply. You will still receive service-related texts (appointment confirmations and arrival notices) for any active service request unless you cancel the appointment.
Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or email us at info@doormarshal.com with the word Unsubscribe in the subject line.
Phone calls
To stop marketing phone calls, call 405-916-9955 or email info@doormarshal.com with "Do Not Call" in the subject line. We will add your number to our internal do-not-call list.
Sale or sharing of personal information
Door Marshal does not sell your personal information. If you would like us to confirm this in writing or restrict sharing beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy, email info@doormarshal.com.
What happens after you opt out
You will continue to receive communications strictly necessary to complete work you have scheduled with us (for example, technician arrival notices or invoice delivery). We keep a minimal record of your opt-out so that we do not contact you again for marketing.
